Medication Management

The need for standard of care medication is discussed and if needed, may be prescribed in adjunct to alternative regimens. I will talk about the pros and cons of medications and determine what works best for you.

Psychotherapy

Motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy services are provided throughout your appointment. If you already have a psychotherapists, I am happy to work in collaboration to help meet your needs and goals.

Supplementation

Appropriate vitamin, mineral, and botanicals will be addressed in adjunct to dietary needs to optimize your benefit. Only professional grade and evidence based supplementation to improve your wellness are recommended.

Laboratory Testing

Specific labs are drawn based on your unique needs. Labs may include testing for metabolic conditions and vitamin deficiencies that typically present and may cause mood symptoms. Extensive lab testing available for gut health, autoimmune laboratory testing, and pharmacogenomic testing.

Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy

Gender affirming hormone therapy helps you be who you already know who you are. It can help improve psychological and social well-being. Various formulations of medications can be used and will require monitoring to safely assist you with your transition.

  • $300

    I work with you and try to get to the root cause of your illness. The extra time allows us to complete a thorough assessment and gather information about your concerns, goals, and allows us to determine your treatment plan day one. We may order labs*, do pharmacogenetic testing*, psychotherapy, and medication management if indicated.

    ADHD Testing is an additional $100 fee for the cost of the computerized test.

    Labs and pharmacogenetic testing are billed to insurance. You may have to pay a copay or additional fees.

  • $225

    Standard follow up recommended for medication management in addition to psychotherapy, discuss/order laboratory testing, etc.

  • $180

    Medication management only for those that are stable on their current regimen.

  • $150

    Assessment, laboratory testing, and prescription of GAHT medication will occur during this appointment. You may also receive WPATH letters for gender affirming surgeries for an additional $75 fee.

    (Must have completed 90 minute initial evaluation prior to initiating GAHT).

I accept credit/debit card, HSA, and FSA cards. Superbills provided upon request for PPO insurance. *Reduced intake rate available with limited availability.
