Blue Sage Wellness, PLLC is a holistic psychiatric practice created in order to provide a supportive environment that works towards fostering mental wellbeing.

I uphold the belief that every individual deserves the freedom to live authentically, without the burden of stigma or the distress often associated with mental illness. My mission is to foster optimal mental health and wellness through an inclusive approach that respects and responds to the unique experiences of each person.

Diverging from traditional mental health services, I integrate conventional psychiatric methods with evidence-based alternative therapies. This holistic strategy ensures comprehensive, personalized, and culturally competent care tailored to adults seeking to make positive, sustainable changes in their lives.

Initial Evaluation

Begin by scheduling your initial evaluation. This first step is about getting to know you, understanding your challenges, and discussing your goals for therapy. It’s a safe space to express what you’re going through and what you hope to achieve.

Personalized Treatment Plan

Based on your unique needs and goals, we will create a personalized treatment plan. This plan is tailored to you, focusing on the areas you wish to improve or resolve. Whether it’s coping with anxiety, managing stress, improving relationships, medication management, or exploring personal growth, your plan will be a roadmap to your emotional well-being.

Meet regularly with your provider

Engage in follow up sessions ranging from biweekly to every 3 months depending on your needs. These sessions are designed to tweak and tailor a regimen that provides the best support and strategies you need to make meaningful progress. As you journey through healing, we’ll continually adapt the plan to ensure it aligns with your evolving needs and goals.
